Mr. Altenhoff has over 30 years of civil engineering experience as a Consulting Engineer in private development and municipal projects. He has been involved with project representation at municipal and state levels of government and has assisted in project development from conceptual planning through to the construction phase. He established Arc Design Resources, Inc. in February 1993 and is responsible for the company technical quality and financial well being.

Transportation/Traffic Engineering
Mr. Altenhoff has worked both as a principal in charge and a project manager. He has completed roadway expansion projects, sewer and water projects, and drainage and floodway studies. He has supervised traffic impact analysis and intersection design studies.

His experience as a project manager covers a wide variety of projects. City roadway designs and private land development projects which include IDOT access permits and highway improvements make up the majority of his engineering experience. He has been the design professional responsible for the work of Arc Design Resources, Inc. for the past fourteen years.

Commercial Industrial and Institutional Site Design
Mr. Altenhoff has over 21 years of direct experience in the project management and design of commercial development in the Midwestern United States. Aspects of this work include due diligence, annexation and rezoning, special use permits, project budgeting, site design, grading, sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, detention and roadway design along with traffic engineering, surveying and construction observation. Storm Water Management and Hydraulics
Mr. Altenhoff has worked on various storm water management projects in Illinois and Iowa involving coordination with the DNR and FEMA, as well as local municipalities. Projects have included hydraulic studies using HEC-1 for hydrologic modeling and HEC-2 and HEC-RAS for hydraulic modeling. Recently completed projects include:
