Mr. Linkenheld has over 20 years of civil engineering experience in the preparation of design reports and contract plans for various private, municipal and State highway improvements and site development in Northern Illinois, with emphasis on the following areas.

Transportation/Traffic Engineering
His major technical expertise is in the area of transportation facilities, traffic studies, traffic signal design, and other aspects of highway improvements projects. Mr. Linkenheld's role in the recently completed R.A.T.S Northeast Winnebago County Traffic Study was as Project Manager for the local sub consultant. He and his staff developed improvement concepts for six corridors and four isolated intersections in the study area. Conceptual improvements were developed from traffic data complied by the R.A.T.S model. Corridors were broken down into recommended improvement time frames with preliminary cost information.

Other experience includes Phase 1 design reports, site development, subdivision design, intersection design studies and field experience in surveying and construction inspection. Recently completed projects include the following:

Commercial Industrial and Institutional Site Design
Mr. Linkenheld has ten years of direct experience in the design and project management of commercial development in the Rockford area. Aspects of this work include site design, grading, sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, detention and roadway design along with traffic engineering, surveying and construction observation. Recent projects include the following:

Storm Water Management and Hydraulics
Mr. Linkenheld has worked on various storm water issues in the Rockford area involving coordination with the Illinois DNR and FEMA, as well as local municipalities. Projects have included hydraulic studies using HEC-1 for hydrologic modeling and HEC-2 and HEC-RAS for hydraulic modeling. Recently completed projects include:
